Limitations & Known issues
This pages lists known limitations of the aroma framework with suggestions on how to circumvent them.
All platforms
- ArrayExplorer and ChromosomeExplorer (HTML pages): These will only display in a Firefox 3.0-3.1 browser (it will not work with any other version or web browser, where it will appear as the page is loading forever). Note that the corresponding R methods still work, e.g. they do generate all HTML and image files etc. See also FAQ and Get Involved.
